Cold-smoked reindeer roast 100 g

Lapin Liha’s cold-smoked reindeer roast is very lean and has a high protein content. Even a small amount of this delicious meat gives a fine taste of reindeer to dishes or sandwiches. We use genuine alder wood chips in the cold smoking process.

100g of product is made using 129g of meat.

Strongly salty.
