Lapin Liha´s reindeer roast is cold-smoked with genuine alder smoke. To achieve a delicious end result, the reindeer roast is cooked whole. The cooked roast is cut and packaged by hand.

Strongly salted.

100g of reindeer meat is used to prepare 140g.
