Reindeer-Cranberry Mousse
Whip the whipping cream until fluffy. Gently fold in the sour cream, reindeer meat crumble, cranberries, and spices. Serve on bread, in a sandwich cake, or with rye chips.
Reindeer-Blue Cheese Paste
Soften the cream cheese as needed with milk. Stir in the reindeer meat crumble, blue cheese, and spices. Serve, for example, on top of rye crisps. Try the spread on bread with cloudberry jam or other berries as well.
Tip! The mousse and paste can also be made dairy-free by opting for oat-based products instead of cream, sour cream, and cream cheese.
