Add your own favorites to the tapas plate, for example, olives, sun-dried tomatoes – an easy reindeer chip pate made from Lapin Liha’s cold-smoked reindeer hack crowns the whole.

Ingredients

  • Reindeer hack paste
  • 150–200 g plain cream cheese
  • 150 g Lapin Liha’s Cold-smoked reindeer hack
  • A pinch of black pepper
  • Chives
  • 1 clove of garlic

Instructions

  1. Chop the garlic and chives. Mix into a consistent paste with the smoked reindeer hack, cream cheese, and pepper.
  2. Spread on rye snaps or salt crackers or try on top of breakfast bread.
