Let the reindeer meat thaw for about half an hour. Brown the roast in a pan and let it simmer for about 10 minutes.
Break the eggs into a bowl, add the cream, spices, and everyday roast. Pour the mixture into large muffin cups or a rectangular baking dish lined with parchment paper.
Sprinkle grated cheese on top. Bake the omelette in a 200-degree oven for 10 minutes. Add halved tomatoes on top, and bake in the oven for another 5 minutes.
