1 can (200 g) cream cheese Lapland Meat Very thin cold-smoked reindeer roast cucumber
Instructions
Chop the cucumber and bell pepper into small cubes. Mince the chives. Mix cucumber, bell pepper, chives, reindeer hack, and cream cheese into a mass.
Place a flatbread at the bottom on a plate, spread the reindeer filling and arugula on top. Put another flatbread on top and press down lightly. Repeat three times.
Spread a thin layer of cream cheese meant for garnishing on the topmost flatbread.
Make rosettes for decoration from very thin slices of cold-smoked reindeer roast. Use a peeler to shave thin strips of cucumber and form rosettes on top of the cake. Arrange the pea shoots nicely on top of the cake. Finally, sprinkle some chives. Serve!
