Ingredients

  • 350 g crème fraîche
  • 150 g frozen cloudberries
  • a handful of finely chopped parsley
  • 1 spring onion
  • 80 g gourmet gherkin cubes
  • 100 g Lapin Liha cold-smoked reindeer hack

Instructions

  1. Thaw and drain the frozen berries. Whip the creme fraiche and add the remaining ingredients.
  2. Allow to set in the refrigerator for a few hours.
  3. Serve with bread/appetizers/canapés or as a filling for baked potatoes.
