Spicy sautéed reindeer salad

Ingredients

  • 200g Lapin Liha’s sautéed reindeer
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 chili pod
  • 2 tbsp finely grated fresh ginger
  • 1 tbsp chopped chives
  • 1 tsp cane sugar
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 0.5 dl peanut or sesame oil
  • green salad
  • 0.5 dl roughly chopped hazelnuts

Instructions

  1. Thaw the meat completely so that it remains in slices. Add coconut oil and meat to a hot skillet. Brown the meat.
  2. Slice the chili thinly. Mix grated ginger, chili, chives, sugar, soy, oil, and lime juice. Season with salt.
  3. Divide the salad onto two plates and do the same for the meat. Add the dressing and garnish with crushed hazelnuts.
