Let the meat thaw for about half an hour. Cook the pasta in water seasoned with salt. Fry the meat in a hot pan until the liquid has evaporated.
Add some butter to the pan and brown it. Add chopped onion, sliced mushrooms, and chopped thyme, and fry for about five minutes. Add cream and bring to a boil. Season with salt and black pepper. Serve with grated Parmesan cheese.
