Dough: 4 pieces of pizza dough or ready-made bases
Tomato Sauce:
400g crushed tomatoes
3 tbsp dried basil
1 clove of garlic
3 tbsp olive oil
Toppings:
240g (1 packet) Lapin Liha reindeer sauté
2 kale leaves
100g mozzarella
1 lemon
½ dl frozen lingonberries (optional)
1 tbsp paprika seasoning
1 tbsp dried thyme
1 tsp cumin
Salt
Pepper
Instructions
Start with the tomato sauce. Place all the ingredients in a bowl and mix cold until the sauce is smooth.
Prepare the pizza dough, but do not roll it out. Shape the dough by hand into round pizza bases.
Spread the tomato sauce on the bases and add your desired toppings. If you’re using ready-made pizza bases, spread the tomato sauce on them.
Bake in the oven on a pizza stone at the highest temperature. If you don’t have a pizza stone, bake in the middle of the oven on parchment paper for 10-15 minutes, depending on your oven. Bake the pizzas one at a time if you don’t have a convection oven.
