Ingredients

  • 1 package of Lapin Liha’s sautéed meat of reindeer or red deer, 240g
  • 1 tbsp canola oil
  • 1 bag of corn chips
  • 400g black beans, drained
  • 150g grated cheese
  • Tomato and Apple Salsa
  • 2 tomatoes, diced
  • 1 firm and tart apple, diced
  • 1 silver onion, finely chopped
  • 1 dl chopped cilantro
  • ½ green chili, finely chopped
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 0.5 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and black pepper

Instructions

  1. Mix all the salsa ingredients together in a bowl and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Preheat the oven to 200°C.
  3. Fry the meat in oil, season with salt and pepper.
  4. Spread nachos, meat, black beans, and cheese in an oven dish. Place in the oven and gratinate for about 10-15 minutes, until the cheese has melted.
  5. Arrange on a plate and serve with the salsa.
