Quick-to-prepare simple red deer kebab is cooked with vegetables and served with rice, hummus, yogurt, and sriracha.

Ingredients

  • 1 bell pepper
  • 2 red onions
  • oil
  • 250 g Lapin Liha’s red deer kebab
  • 2 servings of cooked rice
  • 1 dl hummus
  • 1 dl yogurt
  • sriracha
  • 1 spring onion stalk

Instructions

Slice the bell pepper and peel the red onions. Sauté the onions for a moment in an oiled pan. Then add the bell peppers and sauté for another moment.

Finally, add the kebab meat and fry. Assemble on a plate first rice, then the fried kebab meat and vegetables, and top with hummus, yogurt, and sriracha, as well as sliced green onions.
