Delicious honey mustard is spread between the stuffed croissants, filled with gouda cheese and Lapin Liha’s cold-smoked red deer cold cuts. The dough is rolled up and baked into crispy croissants.

Ingredients

  • 6 pcs ready-to-bake croissant doughs
  • 3 tbsp honey mustard
  • 6 thick slices of gouda cheese
  • 12 slices of Lapin Liha red deer roast cold cut
  • 1 egg

Instructions

  1. Open the croissant dough on a baking sheet. Brush the wider ends with honey mustard. Place a slice of gouda and 2 slices of red deer roast cold cuts on top. Roll the dough from the wide end to the narrow end into croissants, brush with egg, and bake according to the instructions on the package.
