Blood sausage tastes great with pasta. Lingonberries, coriander, and cheese shavings add a nice extra flavor to the easy-to-make dish.

Ingredients

  • 1 pack of Lapin Liha reindeer blood sausage
  • 1 onion
  • 2–3 cloves of garlic
  • 100 g kale, central stems removed
  • 300 g pasta
  • lingonberries
  • cilantro
  • cheese shavings

Instructions

Remove the central ribs from the kale leaves and chop them. Chop the onion, garlic, and reindeer blood sausages.

Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package.

Sauté the reindeer blood sausages in a pan with a dash of oil, add the kale, onion, and garlic, and sauté lightly. Add the cooked pasta.

Top with lingonberries, cilantro, and cheese shavings, and serve!
