Warm sandwiches are an easy and quick treat. The warm sandwiches made from Lapin Liha’s red deer roast cold cuts are flavored with horseradish, strong full-bodied cheese, and chanterelles.

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp of horseradish paste
  • 100 g of plain cream cheese
  • 8 slices of rye bread
  • 1 pack of Lapin Liha’s paper-thin red deer roast cold cut
  • (100 g of sautéed chanterelles)
  • 100 g of cherry tomatoes
  • 200 g of shredded Emmental cheese
  • fresh thyme

Instructions

Mix the horseradish paste into the cream cheese. Spread the bread with cream cheese, layer on the red deer roast, chanterelles, and halved cherry tomatoes. Sprinkle the top with grated emmental cheese and bake in a 200-degree Celsius oven for 10-15 minutes until the cheese browns. Finish the warm bread with fresh thyme.
