The quick pasta casserole is an easy treat for everyday life. It is mixed from Lapin Lihas sautéed red deer, cheese, and cherry tomatoes.

Ingredients

  • 500 g Lapin Liha’s sautéed red deer
  • 250 g gnocchi pasta
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • black pepper from a mill
  • 250 g cream cheese
  • 100 g grated mozzarella cheese
  • 1 pack cherry tomatoes

Instructions

  1. Allow the meat to thaw for about half an hour before frying.
  2. Cook the pasta al dente in salted water.
  3. Fry the meat with butter, minced garlic, and onion.
  4. Season.
  5. Mix the cooked pasta and meat together in an oven dish, add cream cheese and sprinkle cheese on top.
  6. Halve the cherry tomatoes and add on top of the dish. Bake in a 200-degree oven for about 20 minutes.
