Ingredients

  • 1 packet of Lapin Liha’s sautéed red deer, 240 g (or alternatively sautéed reindeer)
    25 g of butter
    1 romaine lettuce
    1 tbsp watercress
  • Horseradish Sauce
  • 1 dl mayonnaise
    1 dl creme fraiche
    1 tbsp finely grated horseradish
    0.5 tbsp lemon juice
  • Marinated Red Onion
  • 2 red onions
    1 dl water
    0.5 dl granulated sugar
    2 tbsp spirit vinegar (12%)

Instructions

  1. Fry the meat in butter, separate the meat and season with salt and black pepper.
  2. Wash the lettuce and chop coarsely.
  3. Mix the ingredients for the dressing together.
  4. Mix dressing with the lettuce, arrange on a plate, add the meat on top, marinated red onion, and watercress.
