1 dl ketchup 1 tbsp grated horseradish 1 dl sour cream 2 slices of soft flatbread salt and black pepper
Instructions
Peel and halve the onions. Cut the onion halves into crescent-shaped slices.
Place the meat in a pan on low heat. Melt and separate the meat with a fork. Increase the heat and add 1 tbsp of oil. Brown the meat together with the onion. Squeeze in the garlic and add thyme, season with salt and pepper.
Slice the cabbage thinly and put it in a salad bowl. Pour over hot water, 2 tbsp of oil, and lemon juice. Add parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
