Instructions
Let the meat thaw at room temperature for half an hour before frying. Sauté the meat in a dash of rapeseed oil on a hot pan and set aside. It’s okay for the meat to get a bit charred!
Sauté minced garlic cloves and chopped onion in rapeseed oil in a pot. If desired, add a chopped chili pod. Add crushed tomatoes, beans, and spices. Let it simmer for 10–15 minutes. Add the cooked sautéed meat to the mixture. Serve with rice or bread and crème fraîche or cream cheese.
