Gourmet sautéed reindeer with beetroot and horseradish

Ingredients
1 pack Lapin Liha Gourmet sautéed reindeer
1 tbsp rapeseed oil
1 tbsp butter
2 slices of rye bread
2 beetroots
0.5 tbsp grated horseradish
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
3 tbsp creme fraiche
salad (preferably arugula)
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 dl cocktail capers
salt and black pepper
Instructions
Thaw the meat completely so that it stays in slices.
Add rapeseed oil to a hot pan and add the meat. Brown thoroughly. Season with pepper.
Brown the butter in a pan and crumble rye bread into the pan, fry until crispy.
Slice the beetroots thinly with a mandoline, a cheese slicer (careful with fingers), or a food processor’s thin blade.
Mix grated horseradish, mustard, and crème fraîche.
Divide the lettuce and beetroots onto two plates. Add lemon juice and 1 tbsp of oil on top. Add the meat and capers. Add the sauce and sprinkle with rye bread crumbs.
