150 g carrots 150 g swede 100 g celeriac Half an apple 1 dl mayonnaise 3 tbsp creme fraiche 2 tsp Dijon mustard Salt, sugar and black pepper
Lingonberry ketchup
1 dl ketchup 2 tbsp thawed lingonberries
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 225°C.
Peel and chop the root vegetables. Place them on a baking sheet and season with rosemary, salt, and pepper. Roast for about 35 minutes until the vegetables have taken on color and are crispy. Turn at least once during roasting.
Slice the red onion thinly. Mix with lemon juice, honey, and vinegar.
Peel and slice the root vegetables and apple for the slaw, and put them in a bowl. Mix the mayonnaise, crème fraîche, and mustard together, combine the dressing with the root vegetables. Season with salt, sugar, and pepper.
Mix the lingonberries with the ketchup.
Prepare the game burger patties according to the instructions.
Serve the burgers with the root vegetable wedges, lemon-pickled red onion, root vegetable slaw, and lingonberry ketchup.
