Mix the breadcrumbs, onion soup ingredients, egg, and sour cream together. Let the mixture sit for a moment so that the soup ingredients and breadcrumbs are soft. Add the minced meat and spices, mix into an even mass.
Roll the dough into meatballs of the same size. Wet your fingers with water so that the dough does not stick to your fingers. Place the meatballs on a baking tray, on top of parchment paper. Bake at 250 degrees for about 15 minutes (depending on the size of the meatballs.)
You can also make minced meat patties or a meatloaf from the same mass. Note that the baking time is then a bit longer.
Serve with a fresh salad, potatoes, roasted vegetables, and lingonberries.
