Ingredients

  • 4 large baking potatoes
  • 2 sprigs of rosemary
  • 250 g Lapin Liha warm-smoked red deer crumble
  • 2 dl sour cream
  • 3 tbsp whole grain mustard
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 2 tbsp capers
  • salt
  • black pepper
  •  
  • For finishing
  • roasted garlic flakes
  • micro herbs

Instructions

  1. Stick holes in the potatoes with a fork and bake them in a 175-degree Celsius oven for 1-1½ hours, depending on the size of the potatoes. Finely chop the rosemary and mix all the filling ingredients together. Season with salt and pepper, and finish the baked potatoes with roasted garlic flakes and micro herbs.
