Reindeer roast is cold-smoked with genuine alder smoke to achieve a delicious end result. The reindeer roast is cooked whole for optimal flavor. Once cooked, the roast is sliced and packaged by hand.

Reindeer roast, salt, dextrose, sugar, antioxidant (E301), preservatives (E250, E252).

Strongly salted.

100g of product is made using 140g of meat.
