Filling
80g Lapin Liha´s cold-smoked reindeer meat hack 3 eggs 1.5 dl cooking cream 2 tsp black pepper 1 tsp cayenne pepper 1 chopped bell pepper 1.5 dl grated cheese half a red onion or a small whole one 100 g bread cheese
Instructions
f you want to make a pie quickly, you can do it on a ready-made rye pie crust. If you have more time, the base can be prepared in about fifteen minutes.
Base
Mix the dry ingredients together. Work in the soft butter and add the water. Place the dough in the cold to wait while you prepare the filling.
Roll out the dough to about 26 cm in diameter into an oven dish. Pre-bake the dough for 10 minutes before adding the fillings on top.
Filling
Chop the onion and sauté it in a pan with oil together with the bell pepper.
Mix the cream, eggs, reindeer shreds, grated cheese and spices. Add in the sautéed onion and bell pepper. Mix.
Add the filling on top of the base and place pieces of bread cheese and rings of red onion on top. Bake at 200 degrees Celsius for about 25 minutes. Serve with a fresh salad!
Tip! You can also make the filling with cold-smoked venison meat hack.
